Finding a trusting Mortgage Loan Originator can be a difficult task for any realtor. As a realtor, you need a loan officer that is going to be able to close the deals you send to them at the end of the day. While being able to close a deal might be one of the most important qualities a loan officer can do so everyone gets paid, there are many other qualities that a realtor may require.

In order to create a mutually beneficial relationship, I thrive myself to be in constant communication with all my realtors so they are aware of each clients situation and progress in getting closed. Once a client is referred to me from a realtor, I take responsibility in getting the required documentation to get that client approved as quickly and proficiently as possible. Realtors will feel confident that once a client is referred to me, they will be able to relax and work on acquiring the next client while I am focused on closing the current referred to me. In addition, while I receive many referrals from my realtors, I also market myself to get clients looking to buy homes directly. When those clients come to me and I get them pre-approved, I can refer them to my realtors that are working in the territory the client is seeking to purchase.
